How Green Code Engineering Ltd uses the personal information you give us.

Who we are

Green Code Engineering Ltd (company number 13329215, Unit D, 3rd Floor, New Wave House, 4 Humber Road, London NW2 6DW) is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us about privacy at info@greencodeholdings.com.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, site postcode, a description of your project and any photos or drawings you attach.

How we use it

We use your information to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quote, carry out the work you instruct and keep proper records of that work. Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in running the business and keeping professional records.

We do not sell your information and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

We only share information where it is needed for your project, for example with Building Control, a party wall surveyor or other consultants you have asked us to work with, or where the law requires it. Our email and IT providers process data on our behalf under contract.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not go ahead are deleted when they are no longer needed. Records of instructed work are kept for as long as needed for professional and legal reasons, which for engineering work can be many years.

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email info@greencodeholdings.com. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
